Raleigh Bartlett Animal Hospital is a NON-CORPORATE Family Veterinary Practice. It was established in 1978 by Dr. Richard Leggett. In 2013, Dr. Yelena Lapova purchased and renovated RBAH. We remain locally owned, unincorporated, and committed to serving you – our Clients, Patients and Community.
