Guess who? No other but the legendary Dr. Richard Leggett, posing with Romeo some time back. Dr. Leggett opened Animal Hospital-Raleigh Bartlett on Stage Rd in 1978, from a converted Phillips 66 service station. Dr. Leggett sold the hospital to Dr. Lapova in June 2013, and remains on the Team as a consultant in cosmetic/reconstructive surgery. In his retirement, Dr. Leggett enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, gardening, raising cattle, and mission work with his church.
