I MUST express how grateful I am to everyone at RBAH!! Layla and I are still really sad that we had to leave you guys to go back up to New Jersey 🙁 I can’t express how much I appreciate how amazing you guys are! You’re kind, caring, discerning, knowledgeable, don’t talk out of your butts, continue to educate yourselves, encourage your clients to ask questions no matter how many they have, and you don’t disrespect your clients. I just recently had to bring my sisters dog to they vet she had been going to and the way I was treated was absolutely ridiculously! The vet was rude, the dog was handled too roughly by his assistant, and the biggest thing overcharged for EVERYTHING.
You guys are amazing and I hope that we get to see you again in the future! May you have lots of success and a great summer!

When my Shih Tzu was really sick right before my husband and I were about to leave for a long weekend business trip, Dr. Lapova was willing to work him in on a busy Saturday morning. After the initial blood work, she and James went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to care for our Fuzzy. I have never met a veterinarian who cares as much about the humans as they do the furbabies. We happily travel across the city so that Dr. Lapova and her competent staff can take care of our babies.

Raleigh Bartlett Animal Hospital is a great place to take your fur babies ! I took my cat Tessa there for the first time when they offered a free first exam following her adoption at the @Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. Dr. Kelly Green was very caring and professional and even followed up regarding a “tummy issue” she found. When they went to those lengths following up on a visit that they didn’t make any money off of I knew this was the place my baby would be going for her health care ! <3

Would like to thank Raleigh Bartlett Animal Hospital for taking care of my pup dog. We could tell she wasn’t feeling great so we took her to see Dr. Yelena Lapova. She diagnosed the issue almost immediately and tests confirmed her initial diagnosis. With the help of Dr. Green we had a successful surgery the following day to fix the issue. Hours after surgery she was already feeling better and within 2 days she was pretty much back to normal and feeling great. My kids haven’t really known another dog at our home and for them to help get her back healthy was a huge deal for my family. Thx so much for the professionalism and comfort level that your office provides!

We appreciate that we’ve now seen both Dr. Green and Dr. Lapova as well, and all three are competent, compassionate, and completely patient while explaining things that neither of us have the medical background to immediately understand.
